Machines

Euronyl disposes of 40 up-to-date injection machines with closing force from 30 tons up to 1000 tons. They allow us to make parts from 1 g to +/- 4 kg. The latest technologies in machinery and high-tech ‘CNC’ robots together with our motivated staff enables us to guarantee a perfect job.

Materials

Because of the diversity of our products, we have a lot of experience with different kinds of plastics : all thermoplastics like PP, PS, PE, ABS, ASA, PA, PMMA, PUR, PC, PBT, POM,… and filled types with fibre-glass, teflon, talc, etc…

Moulds

A separate warehouse, providing ideal temperature and humidity conditions, protects the quality of your valuable moulds.

Qualtiy Assurance

Our quality system is based on ISO 9002 to guarantee the prescribed customer specifications.
